The Mission of Sunshine and Vine

  • Find sunshine – mental and physical.
  • Focus on what I have learned from the hurricane of fearless-ish women and men who have been pursuing truth, strength and compassion since time began.
  • Share every-day issues faced by the many women who struggle with self-doubt, fear, shame, guilt, anxiety, frustration, anger, or depression.
  • Build on life’s experiences – lovely and hard.
  • Be committed to truth.
  • Be empathic.
  • Be the hero of my story.
  • Avoid focusing, to extreme, on any single group – religious or political.
  • Always, always, always have spiritual integrity.
